Room to let in house next to Redhill Common

I’m looking for a clean and respectful housemate to share my house in the pretty St John’s area in Redhill. Redhill Common, with its beautiful views over the countryside, is on my doorstep (literally 10 steps away!). The bedroom is a single room and has a west-facing window (lots of light) looking onto trees and sky. Shared bathroom, washing machine/tumble dryer, WiFi, dishwasher. I’ve just moved in so haven’t taken any recent photos; obviously in place of the cot is a bed! It’d be helpful if you tell me a bit about yourself and have a photo on your profile if you’d like to view the room so I can get an idea of what you might be like to live with.
