5-7 mins walk to both train station, bus station and town centre.
Plenty of unrestricted car parking in the road and one space on the driveway (first come first served). Neither of the other 2 lodgers in the house have cars. It’s a great space and pretty much all to yourself.
House consists of 2 separate self contained annex dwellings (accommodated by professional female lodgers) and one main living area. We originally kept this main living area as a holiday home for our family visits to England after we relocated permanently to Ireland, but we are simply not using it and spend most holidays on the Sussex coast so this main area in the house is up for lodgings.
The house is recently refurbished and decorated, has a modern double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, cupboards and draws, a 40” flatscreen TV, a large sitting room with leather L-shaped sofa, another 40” flat screen TV and dresser. A shower room, sink and toilet area is for your main use. A recently new fully fitted kitchen with double rangemaster oven, extractor, dishwasher, fridge freezer and washing machine.
It’s a pretty private space as only one annex is accessible through this area. The other has a separate front door. Both of the other annex’s are self contained, with their own kitchens, bathrooms and living space so you’ll have pretty much sole use of the main house area.
There is one small single bedroom in the main living area which is locked off and may be used by us a few times a year.
All electric, heating, water, council tax and WiFi included.
The shared garden backs onto a pretty woodland and has 2 patios and a decking area. Large dry shed for storing bikes etc. Lawn mower and other garden tools also included. House WhatsApp group to keep everyone in the loop and to report any issues. £950 a month but we are open to offers.
