We are Lewis and Frances, 2 friendly and professional housemates looking for a 3rd to set up home in our beautiful modern 3 story town house.

We have 1 of 2 rooms available.

Bedroom 1 - A very large room (see floor-plan and layout pictures). Large built in wardrobes. Additional large built in cupboard. Great size en-suite with shower. Tons of character, lots of natural light and lovely eaves that drop down from the ceiling.

Bedroom 2 - Good sized double room (see floor-plan and layout pictures). Double built in wardrobe. Suitable sized en-suite. Plenty of room for additional storage. The rent for this room also covers a small spare room which can be used for additional storage or an office etc.

Rooms can be provided furnished or unfurnished.

Rent per month is £821 for Room 1 and £743 for room 2 and includes full use of entire house and amenities, council tax, water, gas, electric, wifi and TV licence.

Semi-detached 3 story townhouse. Downstairs toilet, great sized kitchen with our own cupboard spaces and all white goods (including dishwasher and tumble drier). Very large living room that is fully furnished. We also have a cupboard under the stairs (wizard-less sadly!) and a garage that can both be used for storage as well.

Our home is located on Princes Road (end of the private road) on Royal Earlswood Park. A gym, local shop, pub, train station and bus stop are all within a 5 minute walk.
