Looking for female housemate

I’m a 28 yr old female, I own the property and have a lovely double room with en-suite to rent out, I’m clean and tidy and would be looking for someone similar. I work as cabin crew so work all random hours of the day, as well as flying I work for the NHS vaccinating. On days off I enjoy watching Netflix, enjoying a nice glass of wine and evenings in the pub. I occasionally look after my mums dog, a very cute dachshund so someone’s who doesn’t mind dogs would be ideal! The room includes, a double bed, bedside table, built in wardrobe and some draws and an en-suite shower room with toilet. The house is situated on a nature reserve and has a lake at the end of the road which is nice to go walking or running around.
