Double room, single occupancy

Newly decorated room in family home with dogs and cat. Busy but friendly home. We are a couple with one young child at home and 2 who visit. We are looking for an easy going person to share our home who doesn't mind children and loves animals.
Someone looking for a Mon to Fri let would be great, but we are open to meeting people who are looking for a permanent base.
We have a nice garden, kitchen and lounge. We don't mind sharing around meal times some of the week but also need family time.
We live on a private road close to the route 21 cycle way. An easy ride to the hospital or Horley for work.
10 min drive to the airport.
20 min walk to Salfords station, so also an easy commute to London or Brighton.
