The house is located just south of Reigate in an area of natural beauty between the A217 and A23 trunk roads. Earlswood Common, is opposite the house and Earlswood lakes a few hundred meters distant.

We have two nice pubs within a few minutes’ walk away and the Earlswood railway station, serving the main London to Brighton line, is less than a fifteen minute walk. The bustling town of Reigate, with its plethora of bars, restaurants and bistros is also within walking distance. For a weekly shop, there is a good sized Morrissons in Reigate, or Sainsbury’s in Redhill but a short walk to Woodhatch will offer a local Co-op, butcher, baker, barbers, an excellent Indian restaurant and various other small shops.

For sports people, there are golf courses, cricket clubs, Reigate Rugby Club and numerous sports facilities nearby. Donyngs Recreation Centre is a few minutes’ drive from the house that offers a health and fitness gym, swimming pools, squash courts, sports hall and numerous sports clubs. A few minutes beyond Donyngs is the Redhill Lawn Tennis Club.
