We have a large double room which is semi furnished, and walking distance to East Surrey Hospital. There is street parking available and
a spare living area which could be used by a lodger. There are 2 bathrooms in the property, and a lodger could have sole use of one which has a shower.

This is a privately owned property with both adults working full time; one from home 3 days a week. We are a friendly and busy couple who are keen to share our large house and garden and with a likeminded individual.
