Double Ensuite (10min walk to station)

Hi!

I'm looking for a new housemate to share my beautiful and spacious 2 bed semi-detached rented house.

Council Tax Band: D

The house is a 5minute drive from Reigate and just a 10minute walk from Redhill station with 30minute trains into numerous Central London stations if required.
Theres local pubs, parks, leisure centres/gyms, lakes/ponds, shopping, cinemas and numerous other amenities within walking distance.

The double room available has an ensuite and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk and mirror etc.
The house has a driveway, garage and large garden. There's also free parking on the road. The sound insulation is brilliant in terms of the attached house, I've never heard them and vice versa.

Current housemate:
Catherine, 30year old Children's Nurse and Dora, my small dog who importantly, doesn't moult! Dora is very well trained and just loves chilling with people.

Ideal housemate:
Respectful, clean and tidy (in communal areas at least). I'm looking for someone who is communicative and wants to contribute to creating a safe and happy home.
It's a huge bonus if you're creative and would enjoy a crafty afternoon! It would be equally great to find someone who likes to explore new places, go on the odd walk and of course, try out all the local pubs just as much as having a night in with a drink and a good series.

It would be great to have a housemate who likes to hang out, have a chat and hopefully become friends rather than be strangers living together.
