Cosy double room available in my spacious five-bedroom home in Earlswood, Redhill, just a 10-minute walk from Earlswood station and around 20- minutes from Redhill station.

The room has its own sink and toilet, with a shared shower. You’ll have use of the whole house, including the large kitchen/dining area, living room, garden and patio.

I live here and have my three children with me 50% of the time, as well as a friendly cat. I’m looking for a female lodger only who is comfortable living with children and a cat.

A cleaner comes for three hours every two weeks to help keep the shared areas clean.

£725 per month including all bills– gas, electricity, water, council tax and WiFi and cleaner.

Short\-term let initially, with the possibility to extend if it works well for all of us.
