Previous lodgers happy to be contacted (as well as me) for more information.
Plan to get the house cleaned monthly by a cleaning lady, which will included in the rent. Rota for the other weeks.

Only 15 mins walk to Merstham station, which has direct trains to London (30mins) and Gatwick(15mins).
