The house is tidy, relaxed and well looked after. There are two cosy lounges with sofas and a dining table, a patios door opening onto a lovely garden and a BBQ area great for summer evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of cupboards and fridge space as well as quality appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is comfortable all year round thanks to double glazing and efficient heating, and a smart thermostat.

You will be sharing with 3 friendly working professionals who keep the house clean and respectful.

The location is amazing. It is on a quiet residential road and a 5-minute walk from Redhill Station, with direct trains to London, Gatwick, Brighton and Croydon. Redhill town centre, Memorial Park, cafes, gyms, supermarkets and restaurants are also close by.

There is free driveway parking, so there are no permits or parking hassles and cheaper insurance!

Rent is £620 per month. Bills are shared between the housemates and are usually around £140 per person per month, covering absolutely everything. The deposit is £789 and protected in a government-approved scheme.
