Im looking for a quiet tenant to rent a double room in my shared house. Must be ok with cats as I have one house cat and she doesn't go out. The rent is £470 a month plus £470 deposit all bills are included except we all chip in on paying for the TV licence and if you want unlimited Internet that's £20 a month. The front room is not shared as the stuff belongs to my partner and he uses the front room to relax in and for time to be on his own...... House is close to local shops, bus stops, Redhill train station, Gatwick Airport, East Surrey Hospital and Redhill Town Centre etc
