Large loft conversion

Looking for friendly lodger to share our home.
We have a large loft conversion with walk in wardrobe and separate on suite with bath and shower for sole use. This is bright and spacious self contained room which has just been refurbished to a very high standard, fully decorated and with new carpet and furniture.
The house is within walking distance to Redhill station on a quiet street with easy access to Redhill common and approx a 20mins walk to Reigate.
The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, and washing machine with a tumble dryer. Fast WiFi is available in all rooms & is included.
We are looking for a professional, would suit a medical or airline professional as the house is within easy commuting distance to East Surrey Hospital and Gatwick airport.
We are hard working professional couple who enjoy socialising, nice restaurants, country walks & running and would like to find someone likeminded. Must be clean, tidy, respectful and most importantly like cats (we have one cat).
The room includes a new desk, bedside table and large chest of draws. References will be required please.
