We are looking for one individual to share our 2 bedroom flat which is set within the beautiful grounds of Royal Earlswood Park.

The bedroom advertised comes furnished with double bed, very large double mirrored wardrobe & a trendy bookcase (unfurnished upon request). There is also an ‘offsuite’ with the room, which is a newly refurbished bathroom primarily for your use as we have an en suite.

Shared living room and kitchen. All bills included in the rent and include Sky, BT sport, broadband, Netflix, Prime and PS4 if you’re into that.

There is also a gym & pool included in the price!

We both work variable shift patterns in London so won’t be at home every evening.

The flat is ideally situated within a 10 minute walk to Earlswood Station which runs direct to London Bridge in under 40 mins & Gatwick in 12 mins.

There’s also a bus stop only a stones throw away.

Gatwick Airport (5 miles) is easily accessible by bus & train, and the flat is walking distance to East Surrey Hospital.

There is also off road parking.

We are ideally looking for someone for a minimum term of 6 months .
