My first floor flat, which is due to have some rooms redecorated at the start of the new year, benefits from 2 double bedrooms, WC, bathroom with bath and separate shower, lounge/diner and a separate kitchen. There is also a balcony and free on street parking. As well as the above, the flat is located close to the train station and town centre.
