Warm, friendly and welcoming house

We have a very welcoming, clean and friendly house share and are looking for 1 more person to join us - We would be looking ideally for a female (aged 20-35)to keep the balance in the house.

We have 1 double room @ £400 per month.

The House comprises of a large living room with a wood fireplace, leading onto dining area.
The kitchen is also large with a big breakfast bar/island; dishwasher, washing machine, american fridge, double oven and microwave.
Plus, downstairs cloakroom.
A big deck leads straight off the kitchen, fire pit and benches with BBQ. A long lawned garden, also.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms.

One of these could be yours! - Room includes: Double Bed/Mattress, Wardrobe, Chest of drawers, Side tables, lamps
1 recently updated shared bathroom (bath/shower, toilet, sink) completes the first floor.

Internet, Gas/Electric, Water and Council tax amounts to £60-£100(top top estimate) per month on top of rent. Water and council tax are taken quarterly and depending on the month the energy bills can be really low or high, hence the difference in the amount.

We work in Reigate and surrounding areas. We enjoy socialising together when we are in the house but also understand each others privacy.
We like the house to be kept clean so we expect the same from the new housemate.
This is a really lovely house in a perfect location for enjoying Lesbourne Road shops (coffee shops, Wine shope, butchers, bakery and fish & Chips!) plus only a 5 minute walk to Priory Park and Reigate town centre.
