We are looking for somebody professional and considerate.
The house is well maintained and kept clean.
Each room is well furnished and comfortable with storage space and a desk or dressing table. available room has a king bed, lots of storage, and an en-suite shower. There is a shared sitting/dining room, a pretty south facing garden and a garage available for bike or sports equipment storage.
Within a couple of minutes walk to Reigate Station, taking around 5 minutes into town, and with easy access to the M25 at the top of Reigate Hill, the location is ideal.
There is parking available.
