Single Room in House near Reigate Station

Available to view from 27th June. The House was completely renovated in 2015, and is clean and tidy. Central Heating was replaced last year. You would be sharing a kitchen and bathroom mostly with just 1 tenant as the 2nd tenant has a studio with their own shower and kitchenette. Everyone gets along, but there is no communal lounge so everyone pretty much keeps themself to themself, and goes to bed earlyish. They definitely aren't party animals! So would suit similar professional person, wanting a clean, tidy environment, and a good night's sleep.

I live on the property but in a separate apartment at the rear of the building, so you don't often see me, but I'm available if you need me in emergencies. I also like to keep myself to myself!
