Beautiful room for rent in Reigate

I have two rooms but only one will be rented out! We can discuss which room you prefer if you’re interested!

The house is a detached Victorian house.
There is only me in the house and my cat. We are very quiet. ... gentle music is played at times.
I have lived here for 18 years.
We will share the kitchen, bathroom and breakfast room. There is also a second toilet downstairs.

The room rent is for one professional person.
Your room is a gorgeous bedroom with double bed.
It has a free standing antique pine wardrobe and a fitted shelved cupboard, and an antique pine chest of drawers, a little desk and chair, an antique pine bedside table and a painted one also, and two bedside lamps. The bed is cream metal. There is also a little chair and a large mirror in the room. The floor is old pine with a new large rug on it. The sash window looks over the garden and over to Reigate Hill.

We live 5 mins walk from the park and town. Ten mins walk from the station and 10 mins drive from Gatwick.

I walk for miles from here where there is lots of exploring to be done.
The town is gorgeous with a beautiful park, Castle grounds, boutique shopping and restaurants galore. We also have a very gorgeous little cinema.

We can meet for a viewing at the house or over video call but this can be discussed beforehand.
