The house is in an excellent location for travel, being just a short walk to both Redhill and Reigate train stations. You will have your own desk/workspace, making it ideal for commuters and hybrid workers.

As well as your own private room, you will have access to a shared bathroom, living area, and fully-equipped kitchen with plenty of fridge space. A generous garden, with both a large patio area and lawn, that gets plenty of sun. There is also a spacious conservatory with underfloor heating, making it a lovely area to spend time in all year round.

I am seeking a similar personality who is sociable, clean, friendly and respectful. I do have a gorgeous cat that is quite shy but playful.
