Please note that I have a small, black, and fluffy dog named Cuban. Any applicants should be comfortable being around dogs.

I am a live-in landlord but spend a few months a year out of the country, as my wife and child are currently living abroad.

Will consider either 7 days a week or Monday to Friday.
