Double room available in Richmond

Hi everyone,

A bright and good sized double room is available in our three-bedroomed house in Richmond and we are looking for a third person to sign a new 12 month tenancy agreement with. Ideally, we are looking for someone to stay for the full 12 months of the agreement, but it may be possible with the agreement of the landlord to move out before this if you find a replacement.

The house is on a lovely quiet street and has a garden which gets the sun throughout the afternoon. We're just under a ten minute walk from the station and centre of Richmond, which includes the river and a great range of pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Richmond Park and several supermarkets including a Waitrose and a big 24 hour Sainsbury's are also all within a short walking distance.

Richmond is really well connected to the rest of London by train, with services into central London that take under 20 minutes running every 10 minutes. It's also on both the district and London Overground lines.

You'll be be sharing with me and Dave, a civil servant and web developer respectively who both work 9-5 and are easy to get along with.

Bills come to roughly £170 per person per month on top of the rent. This includes council tax, water, the Internet, gas and electric and a cleaner who comes on a fortnightly basis to clean the communal areas.
