I'm in a wheelchair and need some assistance to slide onto my bed at night using a sliding board (no lifting) It takes about 15 minutes and is the sort of thing anyone can do.

For working people, far better to be someone who works early shift and comes home early. Most important is to communicate, then anything is possible and everyone is happy!
I charge £150pm just to cover all the bills, Wi-fi, gas, electric etc,. You get your own large double room with fabulous pink furniture :). I have lots of friends and family who live nearby. I am self-employed and work at home. I like music, cocktails and cooking. I don't cook well. Any fool can cook well, but I cook with great rhythm.

I don't trust people who name their cars. But I do like people who eat coco-pops and aren't afraid to try new haircuts. I have a ton of ex-flatmates who are now friends and can testify that I'm not the boogy-man..

There's a huge Sainsbury's just around the corner and the station, and the high street are about 5-7 mins walk, depending on the size of your legs. There is a Waitrose & Tesco, Topshop M&S, TK Max all close by. Richmond Park, Riverside and Kew Gdns are all very close by and connections to town are excellent (Waterloo 16 mins) District line to Westminster 45 minutes. Richmond is festooned with pubs, restaurants and cafés

Anyway don't take my word for it. Come & say hello, have some refreshments, see the flat and check-out the area and you never know, it might be the best decision you made in all your lives.
