Large Double Bedroom Richmond Three Month Let

My awesome double bedroom in Richmond is up for grabs for three months (15th July -19th Oct, dates flexible) and possibly more (undecided if they’ll renew the tenancy yet). I’m sad to leave it but travelling awaits me so I’d be grateful for someone to rent it for the three month period.

It’s located right behind Richmond station, five mins from the beautiful riverside (and it’s pubs), 8 mins from Clapham Junction and 15 from Waterloo.

This flat is great: sociable and friendly flatmates who also lead their own lives, modern and clean kitchen, spacious and bright living room and huge bathroom complete with rainfall shower.

The room itself is large, bright, comfortable and great to live in. All the furniture is mine, so I’m happy to leave it or take it away as you prefer.

The rent includes all bills, including fast internet and a weekly cleaner (you’ll never have to worry about scrubbing a toilet while you’re here!)
