Double room to rent

Hi. I live with my two boys, age 9 and 5. We are looking for a 2nd lodger to join our household. There is a double room available which is in the loft (access by loft ladder). We have rented the property for 7 years and my landlord has agreed for me to let the rooms.

We are looking for a kid-friendly, easy going, clean person. We'd like someone who prefers their own space but may mix with us occasionally.

Visitors are welcome, but in your own space, and no parties.

I work full time and my kids are at school.
The house is kept clean.
We're an easy going family.
I'm vegan and I enjoy my morning coffees!
