Large Single Room

Bright room with own TV and comfy recliner chair. Must love cats as blind cat in residence that loves people. Nice bright flat, sharing kitchen, Wet room and lounge with just one other. Huge balcony which leads off your room. Clean and well maintained newbuild. Nice large kitchen. I may be older but I am pretty laid back I do enjoy watching TV and a quiet life not into partying. Due to Covid I am at risk so would want someone respectful to issues relating to Covid ie frequent hand washing and just general awareness. Would be happy to reduce rent in exchange for help with housework and or cooking. You are at liberty to decorate your room to suit your tastes if you wish. Very quiet block. There is a washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier. I am a mosaic artist and happy if you are arty and wanting to paint at home.
