Hi,

I have a lovely double bedroom with an en-suite shower room available with lots of natural light. The bedroom also has its own private patio that is fabulous especially in the summer.

Available to rent in a spacious and comfortable flat (maisonette) in the heart of Richmond close to all amenities. The flat boasts high ceilings and is very bright, bathing in natural light. The communal area and the bedrooms were fully refurbished recently and it all looks beautiful, clean and modern- new kitchen, new floors, plastering/painting, new modern flat vertical radiators, etc.

The flat is furnished and has a fully fitted kitchen with all the appliances (2 fridges, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, hob, microwave).

The flat also has a large loft that is shared between the tenants and is perfect for storing suit-cases or out-of season clothes, etc.

The current tenants are friendly professionals (finance professional, IT professional, scientist) in their 20’s, who enjoy living in the flat.

The flat is about 3 minutes from Richmond station (underground, train, overground) but it's not close to the tracks so there is no noise from the trains.
Conveniently there is a Tesco’s just across the road. The loads of parks and outdoor spaces Richmond has to offer (The Green, Old Deer Park, Richmond park, Richmond riverside) are all well within walking distance. Bars and restaurants are also within close proximity.

I am looking for tenants with the intention of long term tenancy (and at least 6 months).
Bills are just around £120/month on average.
