- As a lodger, you are expected to clean up after your own use of kitchen / bathroom

- Documents needed: photo ID, visa where necessary, and copy of bank card or statement with account number.

We enjoy a quiet environment and there is no hard partying, no hard drinking going on, no loud music and no unsocial behaviour.
Can be boring for the youngest ones amongst you, but most relaxing and cosy for those looking for a home, not a bachelor pad.
