My flat mate and I are looking to move area and therefore need someone to take over the current contract. It runs until the end of January 2023.

The house is perfect for two mates or a couple. It's situated in a quiet part of Richmond less than a 10 minute walk from the train station and around 15 minutes from the river. Kew Gardens is also just a short walk away.

Large living area on the ground floor with two bedrooms upstairs.

Bills are not included within the rent price.

House would be unfurnished but a few bits could be available for sale. All white goods would remain, including a dishwasher.

Small patio at the front and a little area at the back makes it perfect for storing bikes.

Parking is available via a permit.
