Rent is £695 a month - all bills included (i. e. council tax, WiFi, the works!)
A double room available in a first floor flat set within stunning private, gated grounds just off of Upper Richmond Road.
A mere 20 minute walk to Richmond High Street, 10 minute walk to North Sheen station (22 mins direct to Vauxhall), and an envious 15 minute walk straight into Richmond Park.
The flat has a large living room, kitchen, spacious halls, bathroom with shower/bath-tub and a separate toilet. The room itself will be unfurnished, but there is enough space to arrange your choice of furnishing.
The flat is overall a quiet and peaceful space. All who have called it home boast of the solace of the set-back private gardens and the unusually restful space among the busyness of London (and in the Summer you'll enjoy the sound of the parakeets!) And, needless to say if Richmond is already on your radar, it is an exceptionally safe area.
No deposit, however references may be requested by the managing owners of the estate and there is a 3 month *minimum* stay by contract.
