Description
Small double room to rent in bright and sunny flat, a few minutes walk away from Richmond Park.
Excellent location in the heart of Richmond Hill. The flats are 1950's Art Deco inspired, set back away from the street with a beautiful communal garden out the front.
The flat is really quiet.
The room is part-furnished with a double divan bed, a chest of drawers, and a spacious built in wardrobe. There is space for a small desk and a bookshelf. The room is quiet.
5 minutes walk to a great bakery/cafe and Sainsbury's Local, take-aways, pharmacy, dry-cleaners, off-licence, restaurant, a couple of great pubs and various other little shops.
10-15 minutes walk to Richmond centre and Richmond Station.
5 minutes to the Terrace Gardens and 10 minutes down to the River Thames.
15 mins walk to large Sainsbury's store (at North Sheen).
Free off-street parking available outside the flats.
Private garage for storage and keeping bikes.
On-site caretaker.
Richmond is an incredible place to live. During the summer, the centre is buzzing and the riverside is an amazing place to hang out, go for a drink and watch the sun go down. There are loads of pubs and restaurants, an ODEON and a Curzon Cinema, two theatres, Richmond Park, the cricket green, swimming baths, a few gyms, tennis courts and loads of historical places of interest.
You'd be sharing with two professionals, one female and one male (only two nights a week). We're laid-back, quiet and tidy.
We're looking for someone fun, easy going and courteous. No couples please. We’re not a party house, and we respect each others need for space, peace and privacy. We work from home part-time, so it would be beneficial if you worked away from home at least part of the time too.
It would also be great if you were a fan of house plants, because there are a lot of them here!
Rent is £750 inclusive of all bills, council tax, internet and service charges.
Deposit is one months rent.
We have a washing machine, tumble drier, heated towel rail, and shower over the bath.
Viewings are available evenings during the week, and daytime on Saturdays only.
Please get in touch to book a viewing.
The room is available from April 5th.
Please contact us with some information about yourself, including your age and occupation. Information about your WFH status and your hobbies and interests would be really appreciated.
References are required.
Thanks for looking!
