3 bed property located 5 mins walk away from Richmond station. Fast train to London Waterloo is 16 mins. District and overground also with great links to most of London.

My room:
Located on the top floor of a 3 story flat with an excellent view. The room will come with bed, mattress, headboard and storage box. Currently have my own furniture in there although a chest of drawers will be provided unless you want to bring your own. Anything else can be provided by the landlord as it comes furnished. There is a large wardrobe on the upstairs landing which belongs to this room.

The bills:
Rent - £722.22
Bills - approx. £170 (varies with the energy through the winter and summer) all in average is £870-£900pcm

The housemates:
Shaun - 28 works in management in hospitality.
James - 33 works in tech for Deloitte
