Friendly Richmond Hill Houseshare

Lovely house (with garden) in The Vineyard looking for someone to share who is friendly, clean & tidy and generally nice to have around. We all travel abroad for varying reasons, so good to have your own independent thing going on, but we all get along and enjoy a chat, cuppa, glass of wine or film etc.

Currently the household is Charlotte, a french yoga instructor and teaching assistant who loves hiking, wine and great food. And me, Georgina, live in (but barely there) landlord living between London and Miami, you'll have the house to yourselves most of the time I just come back for bits at a time. We like to have a glass of wine or a cup of tea together now and again and watch a bit of tv, would be great to find someone to get along with as well as live with.

Currently Room comes with a double bed (with 4 storage drawers underneath), 2 wardrobes and a chest of drawers, It's really bright and airy and gets great sun throughout the day.

Light and bright Eat-in kitchen - (dishwasher, washing machine and American Fridge Freezer with ice dispenser and everyone has own shelves). Own cupboard.

Bathroom shared with 2 others. Own shelves.
Shared lounge with Sky TV
Town garden with furniture.
Parking is permit parking Zone A1

All bills included except Gas and electricity which are shared at approx. £50 pm each.

5 minutes walk to Bus station, tube/BR (trains take 20 mins to Waterloo).

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of transport links, shops, cinema, bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants, (and gyms, yoga studio, ballet studio etc.) Farmers market at weekends and lovely walks along the Thames, 200 acre Richmond Park, Marble Hill Park, Old Deer Park and Kew Gardens.
