The room: Double bedroom with plenty of storage space. Biggest room in the flat. Looks out onto private garden and car park. The room is furnished with a double bed and a triple storage cupboard.

The flat: Generously spaced living room with TV. Dining table seats 4. Good sized kitchen (fortnightly cleaner). There are four flatmates in total. All are very friendly, clean and tidy professionals!

Location: The flat is in an enviable location off Richmond Hill, 10 min walk to Richmond Station (which has Tube, London Overground and National Rail service - 16 mins to Waterloo). There is a bus stop right outside - bus to the station takes about 5 minutes. Waitrose and Whole Foods are within a 5-10 min walk (or 2 min bus).

Availability: I can move out any time in May, and the room is available until 1st Sept.
