Double Room to rent in TW9

We have a lovely large furnished double room that will be coming available on the 1st of August.

The room itself is a large double at the front of the house with a bay window and will be available furnished with a double bed, mattress and wardrobe.

As for the rest of the house, there is a shared bathroom complete with bath and shower. The lounge, dining room and kitchen are all of a good size which gives us loads of space. We have the added bonus of downstairs toilet and a conservatory which backs onto the garden. The garden is South facing ad so is sun trap therefore perfect for BBQ's in the summer. We also have a private drive with space for two cars.

The house is in a great location as it is only a 10 minute walk to North Sheen (mainline) or Kew Gardens (District / Overground) or a 15 minute walk to Richmond. We are also situated quite close to Richmond Park and the river both being about a 15 minute walk.

A bit about us, we are professionals and like most people our age have a busy working life so tend to take it easy during the week but enjoy socialising over the weekends.

We are easy going and quite talkative and are looking for someone that is looking for home rather than somewhere just to rest their head. We like to keep active, Linda enjoys running and going to the gym whereas I am a keen cyclist and gym goer.
