Share with owner who works from home occasionally and has lived in area over last 15 years. Neat and clean lodger sought. Non-smoker. Use of kitchen and communal garden. Bedlinen and towels can be provided. Would suit professional. Wireless broadband. All bills, with the exception of phone, included.
£95 per week Monday-Friday only(4 nights). For shorter than 3-month stay, weekly rent would increase to £125 per week.
