The flat has a large lounge and is in a brilliant central location in beautiful Richmond (minutes to Richmond station, shops, restaurants, bars, riverside, The Green and Richmond Park!) It is next to well-maintained gardens at the end of a private road (there is an opportunity to discuss parking requirements and guest parking is available) and there is also access to a communal garden.

The room is partially furnished (wardrobe and drawers) although the furniture can be removed if not needed and there is additional use of a large cupboard in the hallway.

You'd be sharing the flat with a sociable professional, working in media, who is looking for someone who is also a professional of a similar age, easy-going and generally relaxed, who wants to treat the flat as a home not just a crash pad, has their a€˜own life but also happy to watch a movie/ TV/ have a chat and glass of wine in the evening if we are both in. General tidiness would also be greatly appreciated ;-)

Flat has Sky TV & broadband, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. The room is available now (sorry, no couples) as my lovely flatmate is sadly moving out.
