Double Room, Fantastic Location - Nov 2nd

On November 1st, I will be leaving a well proportioned double room in a 5-bed house share.

The room (on the first floor) includes a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers, bookcase and bedside table. There is currently a desk in the room (see pictures) which I would be happy to leave if you would like it, or get rid of if you do not.

The room is East-facing so gets a lovely bit of morning sun (but the curtains are thick and effective if you'd rather block it out!).

New carpet and mattress (spring and memory-foam mix) - both only 6 months old.

There is a shared shower room and separate toilet next to the bedroom, and communal spaces downstairs include a patio/garden, a small but convenient kitchen, a dining area with more cupboards and a bright and homely lounge with sofas and TV (with Virgin Media digital).

The house has superfast broadband, 24 hour hot water, and central heating.

The road is a five minute walk from Richmond Station which boasts the District Line (Underground), the Overground and British Rail with very quick connections into Central London (10 minutes to Clapham Junction and 19 minutes to London Waterloo - slightly slower on Sundays). The N22 night bus (from Picadilly Circus, Green Park and Hyde Park Corner) stops near the end of the road (a one minute walk away).
