I have 2 double rooms I want to rent out in a very large four bed flat. Flat is only 4 months old.

Very large kitchen & lounge
Communal areas in flat cleaned by my cleaner
Large TV, Sonos system and broadband
On street parking and one space in basement to share
Communal outdoor area and garden.
4th bedroom is a double but keeping to allow for anyone to have friends / family stay over

5 min walk to North Sheen
10 min walk to Kew Gardens
15 min walk to Richmond

I work in property and professional. But I do like also to be sociable and active so looking for like minded flat mates.
