We are looking for a housemate to join us in our maisonette in Richmond. We have a large double en-suite room to rent which is located on its own floor. The room is available unfurnished, or furnished (at an extra cost) and has built in wardrobes. There is also a spacious kitchen and living room on the 1st floor which has Sky tv.
The flat is in a really good location; around an 8 minute walk to the town centre & richmond station (district line, overground and national rail). We have a small garage with a washing machine & tumble dryer, and a dishwasher in the kitchen too.
About us - Jon and I are both 23 and work in HR & Marketing. We like eating out, cooking, socialising, going to the gym, football etc.
