Rent payable would commence from the date of occupancy and monthly thereafter - There is holding deposit payable upon occupancy of a months rental

RENTAL PERIOD
There is minimum of a months rental with no fixed maximum period and either party can terminate with a minimum of a Months Notice

REFERENCES
Acceptable from a current employer, if self employed then from a previous Landlords - if none of the above are available, then a guarantor will be required that would guarantee your rental
