Large Double Available in house with Sunny Garden

We are looking for one house mate to fill a large double room with plenty of storage which has just become available in our three bed house. Our current housemate is sadly moving out due to a change in personal circumstances. We are three professionals (2 females and one male). We are very chilled and friendly, share a meal and a drink occasionally.

The house has three bathrooms, a lounge and kitchen. It also has a south west facing garden and back access for bikes.

The house is around a 10 minute walk to Mortlake station and there is a bus stop at the top of the road, where you can catch a bus to Richmond, Barnes, Putney or Hammersmith. It is also a 10 minute walk to Richmond Park and Sheen Common.

The move in date is mid January, but there might be some flexibility and we will also consider short term lets.
