Separate kitchen area provided for making own meals.

Lively friendly village with pub, coffee shop, hairdresser & butcher + limited bus link to station and town.
Best to have own car.

Quiet location.

Mon- Fri let only, where lodger has permanent residence else where, room needs to be empty for weekends as
I use for my small B&B. There would be other guests around from time to time.

I will currently consider a full time let for 6 months for the right person, rent would be £700pm.

My other resident is my son, who is working, + dog.
