Double room (furnished) available immediately in a quiet 4 bedroom semi detached household, suitable for professional and employed individuals. You must love dogs as there are 4 very people friendly dogs also living here! I have 3 Golden Retrievers and a Bearded Collie. All very friendly 🐕 🐶🐕🐶. If you are allergic or scared of dogs this is not for you!

Clean and quiet house with the available double room situated upstairs at the back of the house, overlooking a large back garden with a raised balcony/patio area accessed from the room to the garden with outside table and chairs on the patio. All mod cons, washing machine/dishwasher/ tumble dryer/ oven/microwave etc etc. Large bathroom with stand alone shower and spa bath. Separate toilet upstairs and another individual toilet and sink downstairs. Access to dining room downstairs with large dining room table (and chairs!). Large attic available for some storage and a bike shed at the front of the property if required.

Shared access to a large kitchen with all amenities which backs onto a patio leading to large back garden. Patio has another outside table, chairs and a BBQ leading to large back garden.

Plenty of free on street parking directly outside of the house, its a quiet road. Easy access to Sanderstead and Purley Oaks train stations, about a 7 minute walk, with frequent trains to East Croydon approx. 8 mins, London Victoria, London Bridge. Approx. 25 mins travel time to London (Southern and Thameslink services). Many buses available from the Brighton Road, north and southbound, which is about a 12 minute walk away from the property.

Bright and airy double room has wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and a brand new double bed. The room has French doors opening onto a patio which leads to the large back garden, quiet location backing onto Purley Beeches park. Wi-Fi is included. I am a pretty laid back female owner living here. Professional, employed person is essential. WIFI and all utility bills included. £600 per month. Deposit required.
