Studio flat with own shower and toilet , kitchen

An annex studio flat is privately located in my garden and is easy to access. It’s an open plan kitchen with a dining area and bedroom- en-suite bathroom are all included. The annex already has: a fidge/freezer; microwave; a hot plate; a washing machine. Preferably the tenant can bring their own: bed. Single bed is available .All bills are paid by the land lord *(like council tax ,water bills and gas bills )except the electricity bill.

The annex is located in my garden so you can access it privately.
Free parking on the road.**
The residence is very close to Sanderstead Station ~5 min walk. As well as being a 2 minute walk from South Croydon Bus Garage and 2 minute walk to the main road, Shop.
*Bills (except electricity) are included in rent.
**Use of the landlord’s driveway is forbidden.
