Commuting to London and South England is easy since we are within a short walking distance to 2 National Rail stations as well as frequent busses to East Croydon. Walking to East Croydon is an option too.
The house is in a very pleasant area where you can hear the joys of nature. This can be particularly appreciated in our 100ft garden where we have various fruit trees.
