Or, you can choose the grand master bedroom, also with breathtaking views. This comes with your own separate office room and a shared luxury bathroom (shared with only 1 other person). This is priced at £850 per month.

Or for the third option is 2 very large, bright rooms on the first floor overlooking the beautiful garden. You'd have use of a luxury shared full bathroom (large bath and huge walk-in shower) with just one other person. This is priced at £895 per month. Again all rooms are for single occupancy, so only 4 people in total can reside in this large home.

If you run a business and need a proper office, then how about the fourth option which gives you your own super kingsized bedroom, your own wc plus an enormous fully insulated garden studio, with its own wc and a kitchenette. Its at the end of a beautiful garden. You could use this as a studio, store your wares or just for your private escape. It overlooks a gorgeous garden and is a peaceful space. I used to use it as a yoga and sound studio. This option is priced at £1075.

You do have the option of bringing your own furniture.

In this shared house, you can expect luxurious wool carpets, a top-of-the-range kitchen, American fridge/freezer, a dishwasher, a beautiful garden, a separate shared large living room and just plenty of space to live in peace.

Just a 3 minute walk to Sanderstead train station, this stunning house is set across 3 floors. There is a driveway for 1-2 cars (offered on a first come first served basis) and further parking is free on the street. It's a friendly street and neighbours often come together and close the street for street parties. This really is a place to call home.

Sanderstead has outstanding transport links. It takes 5 minutes to get into East Croydon and from there you can get to: London Bridge (15 mins), Victoria (15 mins), Blackfriars, City Thames link (23 mins), Farringdon (27 mins), Charring Cross, Kings Cross , Clapham Jn (9 mins), Gatwick (14 mins), Brighton (46 mins), Purley, Coulsdon, Redhill, all direct. Trains run all night from London.

From East Croydon, the Tramlink goes west to Wimbledon (26 mins) and east to Elmers End (20 mins), Beckenham (18 mins) and Addington (18 mins). There are also many bus routes from the main bus stop at East Croydon station.
