Hey there! We’ve got a bright and cosy single room available in our lovely three-bed shared house on Sanderstead Road, South Croydon. It’s a great fit for someone looking for a relaxed, tidy home with friendly housemates.

The room is a comfortable single and comes fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers. It’s quiet and private — perfect if you want your own peaceful space to unwind after work or study.

The house has everything you’d expect, including a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, washing machine, and plenty of cupboard space. There’s a shared bathroom that’s always kept clean, and a lovely garden out back that’s great for a bit of sunshine or a morning coffee. Fast Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and all bills are included in the rent, so you won’t have to worry about extra costs.

There are two of us here already. One of us is a teacher and the other works in retail, so we’re both out of the house most of the time and never work from home. The location is super convenient. Sanderstead Station and Purley Oaks is just a short walk away, with quick trains to East Croydon, London Bridge, and Victoria. There are also plenty of local shops, cafes, and parks nearby, and the neighbourhood is safe and quiet.

Rent is £800 per month, with all bills included (gas, electricity, water, council tax, and broadband). The deposit is one month’s rent, and the room will be available from 01/11/2025. It would suit a working professional or student who’s looking for a friendly, comfortable place to call home.
