The room has an outside door with direct access to the extensive garden and fields, and has wireless internet. The bathroom is also large with bath and separate double shower. All bills are included with the price.

Based on a quiet residential street with plenty of free parking, it is a relaxed, clean and tidy home. Waitrose is a 2 minute walk away as well as a lovely row of shops (including tea room, Costa, Cook, post office, barbers, hairdressers, dry cleaners, take aways, restaurants and cocktail bars). There’s also a duck pond, nice park, tennis club, cricket and rugby clubs /plenty of sports fields around. It’s a 5 min bus ride to Sanderstead or Purley Oaks stations where trains are 20 mins into London Bridge or Victoria. Free street parking is also available near these stations.
