The room is located at the back of the house over looking the garden.

I have two small dogs so must be dog friendly!

All bills are included in the rent of £750.00 pcm.

Croydon has great transport links I’m 20 min bus ride to East Croydon/10 mins to South Croydon. Off street parking available and plenty of street parking.
